To get to this level of membership, you need to have earned at least 17,000 status miles. Some of the privileges you get by being a Classic Plus member include: free entry to Turkish Airlines lounges on domestic routes, extra 10 kg of baggage allowance for domestic and foreign flights, discount for renting cars from their partners, receive exclusive promotions, etc.
An upgrade to an Elite Membership requires your account to show a balance of no less than 40.000 status miles. Once you hit that mark, you better prepare yourself for the delights that come with it. Delights such as free access to all CIP lounges on both domestic and international flights, you are free to use your miles to upgrade your ticket, use your miles to buy from partners of the program and the Miles&Smiles shop, buy return Business class tickets for the people that travel with you at specially discounted rates.
Is it legal to sell Turkish Miles&Smiles? Yes. While the airline has internal rules against it, there are no laws in the US or Turkey prohibiting the sale of your reward miles.
