  • Once our offer is accepted, payment in full will be sent strictly to your verified PayPal email address. Payment will be made using the “goods and services” option only so that both parties are covered under Paypal’s protection policies.
  • Please note that the amount we offer you does not include the fees Paypal charge for handling the transaction. The fee is generally 2.9 percent if your account is registered in the USA.
  • There are certain cases where we will need more information to verify your identity and this is a prerequisite for completing the transaction
  • When it comes to American Express transfers, we NEVER require access to your account. We will send you precise instructions as to how to transfer the points via a safe and simple step by step process. Unlike many of our competitors, thepointsking.com does not sell or provide your account information to any outside party
  • When dealing with airline miles, we will need the log in and password to each account we purchase. Transferring miles between accounts is often expensive or not possible. Accordingly, we utilize the miles we bought from you by booking a ticket for our client directly from your account. While in our hands, rest assured that we will only use the amount of points paid for, and that we will never change any of your account information. Once again, we are buying the “RIGHT” to use your account and once we are done, you regain full control.
  • It is imperative that you do not change the account password at any time until the flights we booked are complete. If for any reason you are forced to do so, please contact us immediately with the updated information. Failure to do so may be seen as a fraudulent act, and will be pursued by contacting law enforcement and legal action.
