How do you fly first class to Miami for less? Use miles, and start with American, which runs its largest Latin America hub at Miami and flies its premium Flagship First cabin between Los Angeles and Miami. Delta and United sell domestic first class to Miami too. All three price awards dynamically, so compare several dates. The Points King can also book first class tickets for you at a price agreed in writing.
Before you book: know the rules. Airline programs prohibit buying or selling award tickets. American’s terms say a passenger who uses a purchased award ticket can have it cancelled or confiscated and may owe the full fare (AAdvantage terms), and Delta’s rules say such tickets are void. That risk sits with the traveler, and no broker, including us, can remove it. Read the risks before you ask for a price.

Miami has an American Express Centurion Lounge near gate D12, American’s Flagship Lounge near D30 and Admirals Clubs near D30 and D15, and a Delta Sky Club near H3 (The Points Guy). Domestic first class gets you into the Flagship Lounge only on American’s premium transcontinental flights, such as the Los Angeles route. American plans a larger new Flagship Lounge at Miami, with no date announced (Upgraded Points, June 13, 2026).
