Ten free calculators for airline miles, credit card points and hotel points. They answer the questions people ask us most: what a balance is worth, when it expires, what it can book, and whether an award beats paying cash. None of them needs a login, and none stores what you enter.
Where the Numbers Come From
- Values: The Points Guy (October 1, 2026) and NerdWallet (October 6, 2026). They often disagree, so the calculators show both where both exist.
- Program rules: each airline, hotel and bank’s own terms where they are published, otherwise AwardWallet, NerdWallet, The Points Guy, Frequent Miler and Upgraded Points. Each calculator lists its sources with dates.
- Award prices: published charts where they exist. Dynamic prices are shown as “from”.
Values as of October 2026. Programs change their rules and prices often, sometimes without notice, so check the program before acting on a figure.
Who Built These
I am Joseph Hellman-Benjamin. I have run The Points King since 2017, and we buy airline miles and credit card points for cash, so we have an interest in this subject. These calculators do not quote what we pay; for that, we give a written price by email. They are here to help you use what you hold well, which for most people means booking travel, not selling. Our editorial policy explains how we check what we publish.
Frequently Asked Questions
Are these calculators free?
Yes. There is no sign-up, and nothing you type leaves your browser.
How often are the values updated?
The page date shows the last review. Values move monthly, so treat them as a guide and check the source before a large decision.
Do the calculators show what The Points King pays?
No. We do not publish a rate. If you want a written price for a balance you will not use, see sell miles and read the risks first.
